Boux Avenue

Last week entrepreneur Theo Paphitis unveiled the
first images for his new lingerie company
Boux Avenue.

The first two images were from the elegantly sophisticated 'Vintage Garden Party'
and the seductive and sultry 'Burlesque Boudoir'

Now I have never been a big fan of La Senza but I am curious
to see what Boux Avenue has to offer when it is launched
at the end of March.

Theo says;
"Boux Avenue is about appealing to your moods - one day it may be sophisticated, another seductive."

But is Boux Avenue on to a winner here? Maybe so.
With sizes ranging from a 30 A to a 40 G, plans to have sizes available
up to a K cup and the Boux Woman being feminine
and elegant yet sultry and sexy
this brand seems to have got it all covered.

This is definitely one to keep your eye on in the upcoming months.

Viktor and Rolf

Apologies for the lack of blogging, I have
had lots of work over the past week.

However I saw these wonderful Viktor and Rolf
pieces from their latest collection
and couldn't pass up the
opportunity to blog about them.

The collection is based around the shirt, but
in true Viktor and Rolf fashion, these pieces did not disappoint.
Extended cuffs, puffed sleeves, and a fusion of fitted
jersey with beautiful silky tailoring, this is
one collection that will turn heads.

The beautiful tones of blue and pink were striking, but
my favourites had to be the monochrome pieces.
The duo have proved time and
time again with their use of intense layering together with magnificent structures
and textured and glossy fabrics,
that black and white does not have to be boring,
and does not have to look flat.

The Billy Idol white wedding remix was appropriately chosen, as
the end of their catwalk saw the shirts gradually transform in to a
range of beautifully extravagant
wedding dresses that consumed the runway.

Manchester Shoot

At the weekend I had the absolute pleasure

of working with some truly talented and
lovely people.

I was fortunate enough to be invited to a fetish photo shoot
which was organised by Laura Hince.

Due to unforeseen circumstances one of the photographers
and one of the models, that were mentioned on
the previous lists, were unable to make
it on the day

Make up on the day was done by the models and Emma Alicia.

Having not met anybody before, everybody had an instant
bond, and all understood what each
of us were looking for.
We had three hours at the Kraak studio in Manchester and in that
time managed to get so much done.

I was so pleased with how everybody looked. Each and every model
gave my garments a complete different look
and they all did each piece justice.

I would definitely recommend working with any of the
models or photographers, as they are all
truly talented.
