Helen Norman photography Shoot

My first shoot of 2011 and the first Model Mayhem
collaboration took place yesterday with Leicester
based photographer Helen Norman.

Helen contacted me to work with her on an editorial
black and white roof top shoot.
She was looking to create a strong concept, using
my spikey knicker and bra set.
I also had the pleasure of working with model Lisa Duxbury and
MUA Charlotte Boddy

Charlotte did a fantastic job creating a dark vamp Gothic look for Lisa,
with black smokey
eyes and black lips, she also highlighted the cheekbones
with a brown colour so they would stand out.

There were two locations during the day. The first was a clothing
shoot which took place between
the Guildhall Museum and Leicester Cathedral.
Lisa braved the cold with a Black top and skirt and a netted head piece
that was created for the shoot.

For the second shoot, we had to climb up some metal stairs on an
abandoned building to get to our rooftop location.
We drew much attention from office workers opposite, and a
group of guys hanging out a window
waiting for Lisa to get down to her Underwear.
Despite the freezing weather, and all the attention Lisa was professional
and battled on, whilst we all stood there wrapped up in coats.

Helen was an absolute delight to work with and knew exactly
what she wanted from the shoot. Charlotte did an exceptional job creating a striking look for
the shoot and Lisa had a fantastic look and was completely
professional despite the weather. It was great to see my work in a different context
and from the pictures I have seen so far, they look fantastic.

Over the next few days I will be adding some behind the scenes shots,
as well as final edited versions of the shoot.
